Susie E. Vernon - CEO and Founder of The Vernon Group, Inc.
Susie has over 25 years experience in human resources consulting, job search assistance and job readiness coaching. She is responsible for establishing on-going strategic business development and growth initiatives, while maintaining exceptional high quality customer service standards for the company.
Her expertise is in providing human resources consulting, recruitment solutions, job readiness coaching and client/employee relations. Prior to founding The Vernon Group, Susie held the position of President for a consulting firm providing human resources solutions, outplacement consulting and staffing services located in the Triad area. In addition, she was Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance and a key member of the executive team. Susie’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for serving others was instrumental in the overall success of the company.
Throughout Susie’s professional career, she has acquired a broad-array of experience in many different industries. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies, medium and small companies and is a business partner to all three.
Susie majored in Industrial Psychology at High Point University, High Point, NC.
Heather H. Schneck - Director, Recruiting Services
Heather has over 11 years combined experience in human resources, recruiting and account management. Her key focus is recruiting accounting/finance, executive assistants, clerical/data entry, call center and customer service associates. Prior to joining The Vernon Group, Heather worked as a Senior Staffing Specialist with a large, national staffing firm, as a Senior Account Executive with an HR consulting/staffing firm in the Triad, and in a human resources role with an IT/securities firm. Heather also has experience working as an On-Site Account Manager, where she supervised day-to-day client/employee relations with a local Triad distribution company.
Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Kean University
in Union, New Jersey.
Elizabeth B. Dillon - Business Development Manager
Elizabeth has over 8 years
of experience in sales and marketing in a variety of industries including
retail operations, manufacturing, and home sales and furnishings.
Elizabeth’s key focus is expanding our client base through innovative
marketing strategies.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in
Marketing from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia.
